This RV park is brand new as of Feb. 2009. In fact, we were the first to use our particular campsite and some sites do not yet have fully operational utilities. The number of available sites is variable as they are actually for sale with or without a portable cabin. They do not mention whether purchased lots will be available for rent when the owner is not here. The promotional material does not show a restroom/shower building nor any amenities other than the campsites (all back-ins). At this time the landscaping is unfinished and they are still trying to complete construction. The Wi-Fi, while free, requires that your browser load a disclaimer page before being logged-in which shouldn't be a problem, but for this Mac user it has taken every trick I can come up with to get and stay logged-in. The surface of the sites is covered with a dirt & gravel mixture over loose dirt that is very, very soft. If there had been any threat of rain or heavy snow, I would not have risked having the trailer sink up to its axles. In spite of the hassles, we would stay here again because the rates are low, it's very conveniently located only a quarter mile from I-25, and should be nicer when the work is completed. If you come here, be aware the connecting road to the busy city street is very tight at the intersection, especially if another vehicle is in the oncoming lane waiting to pull out. We missed by inches hooking our trailer wheels on the corner curb. Lastly, some sewer connections are on the wrong side requiring a very long hose.

This park has a post-WWII theme with vintage RVs and Hudson cars up front. While somewhat old, the facilities are well taken care of and clean. The sites and roads are just heavy sand, as it's a desert climate. Not a problem unless the winds are high. We stayed for a week at $126 and then added a day. The helpful office person calculated a prorated rate of only $19 for the extra day. We will definitely return.

A nice small park with owners on-site. As promised when making the reservation, the WiFi was great! In fact, the best ever experienced. Sites are level and all are pull-thrus. Basic sand roads and sites (it is in a desert) which can be nasty when the wind really blows. Easy access to Interstates, but no noise problem. Staff helpful with local touring suggestions and house hunting. Park is not a resort so if you're looking for amenities beyond the basic RV park, you'll want to go else where. We will definitely stay again when passing thru the area.

Pretty much your basic RV park with units lined up in tight rows but easy pull-thru access. Lots of Interstate noise but it is so constant that it's like white noise for sleeping. The check-in person was friendly and efficient, and gave us a requested site close to the WiFi antenna, but even at 50' the signal was weak and speed rather slow. There's a convenient service station right outside the gate on the way back to the Interstate. Good overnight stop.

Access to the park is a bit tricky as you have to exit I-20 and make your way over the cloverleaf roads to the northside westbound access road. After going about a mile, the sign for the right turn is hard to read. After going down this road a quarter mile, the first sign for the RV park is actually their storage area and has a sign stating that it is a deadend, but it's easy to commit to the turn too quickly. At check-in, the staff person was nice and efficient and respected our request to have good WiFi access. Although right across from the antenna, the signal was kind of weak and slow. As others have said, the spacing is tight although large rigs can get in/out. Being in the middle of an industrial area, this park is best for overnighting.

This is your basic RV park but the sites are on the small side of the scale. We asked for a pull-thru long enough for our 29' travel trailer and double cab PU to fit without unhitching. The site, and all of them in fact, were not long enough as we were hanging out into the access roads at both ends. There was very little traffic so we didn't unhitch. The WiFi was down and were told the service tech wouldn't be able to get out until sometime the next day. So for this overnight stay we were unable to access emails, which is one reason that we selected this park from the guide book. Guess we need to start inquiring about whether the WiFi is operational first thing before starting the check-in process whenever we arrive at any park. Other complaint was the constant truck noise from I-40 just a couple of hundred feet away.
